Cindy was recommended to us as a corporate relocation specialist. We had done our research from out of town and armed with a list of homes we wanted to look at. When we arrived Cindy had done her own research based on guidelines she had requested from us. She had a list of homes and an itinerary for us to not just show us the homes available in the markets but to introduce us to the pros and cons of the different areas in Bellevue, Sammamish, and Mercer Island. After two full days of driving the area and looking at homes we settled on a great home that was on Cindy's list. We have been in the home for over a year and could not be happier with the home or the neighborhood. We have stayed in touch with Cindy and she continued to help us well after the sale went through. We did not understand the tax payment schedule in WA and missed our first property tax payment. There were penalties for this which I tried to have removed with no success. During the process I spoke to Cindy and she continued to work on this relentlessly calling throughout the taxing authority until she found the right person who approved a refund of the penalties. I would say that we were not the easiest clients by any means - downright picky by most people's standards I am sure - but Cindy never lost patience and continued to show us homes until we found exactly what we wanted. I do not believe we would have found this home on our own. I could not recommend Cindy more. You will consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to work with her.
